微汽清香甜紅葡萄酒

產區        : 意大利北部 皮蒙特Piedmont

葡萄        : Brachetto 布拉凱多 (意大利北部本土葡萄)

酒精度    : 5.5%

酒色        : 紅寶石色與淡石榴紅色
氣味        : 典型的芳香風味, 強烈的草莓、藍莓和櫻桃等水果香味及明顯的玫瑰、紫羅蘭、蝴蝶花, 芳香草本植物和麝香花香

口感        : 細膩香甜, 平衡酸度, 柔滑的氣泡配合香草的芬芳, 極易入口的紅葡萄酒

適飲溫度 :  10-12°C

食物配搭 : 甜點或水果沙律, 亦是餐前酒的佳選。冰凍喝絕對是絕佳開胃酒

釀酒方式 : 葡萄於9月下旬成熟。 經過短時間的葡萄冷浸(約36-48小時), 之後再進行發酵, 發酵完結後Birbet的甜度則於冷凍過程時保留。

微汽清香甜白葡萄酒

產區        : 意大利北部 皮蒙特Piedmont

葡萄        :  Moscato 莫斯卡托

酒精度    :  5%

酒色        : 稻草色,帶有金色的反射

氣味        : 芳香而濃烈的花香, 帶有金合歡(相思樹), 石灰和水果的香味,如桃子, 杏子和橙

口感        : 低酒精度使甜味得以更好的平衡, 再加上非常小的氣泡從而增強其果香豐富的口感

適飲溫度 :  10-12°C

食物配搭 : 最佳配合任何甜點,甚至在任何時刻作為清涼的飲品

釀酒方式 : 葡萄被壓制以將其果液部分與皮、核、莖部等分離; 葡萄必須淨清, 並在16°至18°C的控制溫度內發酵。其後當酒精含量等於酒精5%時, 此過程將通過突然降溫而停止, 從而保留酒中的甜度及香氣。

  • Visual : red-ruby colour with garnet reflections
  • Olfactory : typical aromatic flavors like strawberry, raspberry and cherry, roses, violets, iris, blueberries, aromatic herbs and musk.
  • Tasting : medium sweet, delicate, well balanced and crisp clean red fruit. Creamy bubbles and closing of aromatics herbs.
  • Serving Temp : 10°-12°C
  • Food pairing : fruit salads or sweets and also excellent as a chilled aperitif.
  • Vinification : The grapes ripen towards the half of September. The vinification provides for a short period of cold maceration of the grape must (36-48 hours). After the fermentation, the sweetness of Birbet will be kept by the refrigeration.

THE GRAPES MOSCATO HAVE ALWAYS BEEN THE GRAPES FOR THE PRODUCTION OF THE WINE OF THE CELEBRATIONS AND CONVIVIAL OCCASIONS. THE WINE MOSCATO D'ASTI IS OBTAINED FROM THIS OLD VINE, WHOSE NAME DERIVES FROM THE LATIN TERM "MUSCUM" WHICH MEANS "MUSK", THAT IS AN ESSENCE USED BASICALLY TO PRODUCE VALUABLE PERFUME.

 

  • Region : PIEDMONT
  • Grapes : Moscato 100%
  • Alcohol : 5.5%
  • Visual : straw-coloured wine with more or less golden effect and the presence of very fine froth
  • Olfactory : aromatic and intense bouquet with floral perfumes that remember the acacia and the lime and perfumes of fruits such as the peach, the apricot and the orange
  • Tasting : sweet taste is well balanced by the right acidity and the low alcoholicity, everything is enhanced by the development of very small bubbles
  • Serving Temp : 10°-12°C
  • Food pairing : for its aromatic characteristics, it is ideal to accompany every dessert or as refreshing drink in any moment of the day
  • Vinification : The grapes become ripe towards the beginning of September. They form goldencolour bunch with an intense and unmistakable aromatic perfume.The grapes are pressed in such a way to separate the liquid fraction from the solidone; the grape must is clarified and, after, ferments at a temperature ranging from16° to 18°C. This process is then stopped by means of a sudden fall of the temperature when the alcoholic content is equal to 5° of alcohol: in this way the obtained wine is rich of sugar and bouquet.
